Are we willing for the hatred of the world? Do we really believe that to live is Christ, and to die is gain? Are we willing to take up our crosses and lose our lives because we believe that there is no true life outside of knowing Christ?
It’s not a question of whether we'll participate in the mission or not. If we are a follower of Jesus, that decision has been made for us already. The only question is what part in the mission we’ll play.
When we think of power and compassion, they don't often go together. But not so with Jesus!

What kind of a church should we be as we step into the future together, and what part will we each play in that process?”
Will we be a community that honours the God-fearing women in our midst, regardless of their relationship status?
What kind of a difference does it make, in whatever situation you’re facing, to remember what you have a king?
Jesus expects His disciples to be content and patient and self-controlled. But Jesus enables His disciples to be these things as He fills them with His Spirit.
