Elders

Tim Fehr has been a part of Emmanuel for over a decade, serving in a variety of staff and volunteer roles. As an elder, Tim oversees the Worship and Nomination committees. Tim is also a Bible college graduate, a husband, and a father to a growing family.

Chris Hutchison has been our lead pastor since 2017. He’s also a husband, a father to three children, a seminary student, and a council member for the Association of Ministers for Baptist and Evangelical Renewal (AMBER).

Doug Kroeker has been part of Emmanuel since childhood. He currently serves as the chairman of the elders, and gives oversight to the Christian Education committee. He and his wife, Tina, have three young adult sons, one daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter.

Brad Lytle oversees our missions and outreach committee. He is dedicated to his family as a proud husband and father of four children. In addition, Brad serves as the Dean of Student Life and an instructor at Nipawin Bible College.

Michael Rowland has been attending Emmanuel since he, his wife, and their five daughters moved to Nipawin in the fall of 2022. In addition to serving as an elder at Emmanuel, Michael also serves on staff at Nipawin Bible College, and on the Board of Directors for Village Missions Canada.

Staff

Josh Bondoc is our Director of Young Adults Ministries, and also provides leadership to our music ministries. His other roles in life include husband to Emily, father to two sons, and seminary student.

Jordan Dudgeon is our Office Administrator, helping to coordinate and organize the administrative side of our ministries. Besides being a husband and father, he also preaches in our pulpit regularly.
