Christianity Explored

Chris Hutchison on September 1, 2021
Christianity Explored is an informal and relaxed seven-week course. It’s for anyone who wants to think about the meaning of life. It’s run by ordinary Christian people local to you and is completely free. You don’t need to know anything about the Bible, and you won’t be asked to pray or sing. You can ask any question you like, or you can just sit and listen. Whoever you are, whatever you’re thinking, Christianity Explored is a place for you to explore what life’s all about as you explore the life and message of Jesus. It might just be the best news you’ve ever heard.
Emmanuel Baptist Church is running Christianity Explored on Sundays from September 12 – October 31, 2021 (with a break for Thanksgiving). There are two times each day you can choose from:
  • Sunday mornings at 9:30 am (before our morning worship service)
  • Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm
The evening option will have a bit more time for discussion, and will include coffee, tea, and desserts. Questions? Contact Pastor Chris. Hope to see you there!

Interested in walking through the course on your own, with a friend, or even leading a group in your home? The entire course is available free online through the Bible Mesh platform (find out more here), and you’re welcome to help yourself to as many handbooks as you’d like—we have lots at the church.
